- Print off emails and organise them for the owner.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Write up and manage invoices and other documents.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the legal team.
- Currently enrolled in a law degree or a recent graduate. (Largely preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using standard office software, including email and word processing tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Gain valuable experience in a legal setting.
