Are you a University Student looking to gain some experience and make some money over the Christmas break? We are seeking a temporary Legal Assistant to provide essential support during the busy holiday period. This role is ideal for law university students looking to gain hands-on experience in a legal setting and earn extra money over the Christmas break. The position is based in the heart of Cardiff and offers a great opportunity to work within a professional environment, assisting with daily operational tasks.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Print off emails and organise them for the owner.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Write up and manage invoices and other documents.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the legal team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a law degree or a recent graduate. (Largely preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including email and word processing tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous but not essential.
