Main responsibilities of a Legal Conveyancing Assistant include:
- Preparing correspondence and administration using a CMS
- Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face, delivering excellent, professional customer service
- Scanning, photocopying and audio typing of information across multiple formats
- Diary management and administrative support to the Solicitors
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstratable experience within a residential conveyancing environment
- Strong audio typing skills, from dictation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
- A methodical, organised approach to work
- Good communication skills
