Our client, a prestigious UK law firm, is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team and provide efficient secretarial support to their Conveyancing Team at their Cardiff office.
Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive support to Solicitors for efficient operations.
- Prepare correspondence using the case management system.
- Assist clients via telephone and in person.
- Manage filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Oversee diary management.
- Arrange scanning and photocopying of documents.
- Audio typing from dictation.
- Handle routine client correspondence and queries.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
