Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Solicitor in handling commercial property transactions, ensuring accurate preparation and filing of all legal documentation.
- Manage conveyancing matters, including drafting contracts, communicating with clients, and overseeing correspondence.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide valuable analysis to assist with case preparation and strategy.
- Maintain organised records, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow across all tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in commercial property or conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
