My client is an award-winning Financial Services firm with an outstanding culture and high standard of professionalism. They are looking for a Senior Advisor to join the mortgage arm of their business. This is a self-employed opportunity with a full client bank.

Initially the role will be split between advising clients on mortgage propositions whilst also developing a team of less experienced advisors alongside growing the team. As the team grows, the role will transition into more of a team manager.

Typical day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on mortgage and protection products meeting sales targets and with an exceptionally high quality of customer service
  • Supporting and mentoring of new advisors
  • Deliver training programs around products, customer service and sales methods
  • Lead a team including running team meetings and ensuring advisors are up to date on training

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a mix of Advisory experience, leadership potential and an unwavering desire for exceptional customer service and satisfaction with:

  • CeMap qualification
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience as a Mortgage Advisor with some supervision experience
  • Demonstrable customer satisfaction and sales experience
  • Experience of / or desire to train junior Advisors
  • As this is a leadership role, candidates must be happy to work out of the office, which is a fantastic space!

The role can be remote with occassional travel to the office in Cardiff.
