Vehicle Damage Assessor - Cardiff
Location: Cardiff
Salary: 37,000 - 40,000 basic plus bonus worth an extra 4320 per year.
Working hours: 45 hours Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting someone with experienced for a Vehicle Damage Assessor for an accident and collision repair specialist.
This is a exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a state of the art workshop with a great team.
Vehicle Damage Assessor role:
- Undertake inspection of many different marques of damaged vehicles
- Assess the full extent of damaged vehicles and produce accurate estimates of cost and time frame for repair
- Liaise with insurance companies to obtain correct approval for repair at costs estimated
- Liaise with Bodyshop Technicians and Panel beaters to ensure they understand repair methodology so that cost estimates are fulfilled as accurately as possible.

Requirements:
- Having experience as an Bodyshop Estimator is essential, whether it's with an independent or main dealership Bodyshop.
- Strong customer service and management skills are essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
