Our client, Royal Mail, is currently seeking a number of seasonal mail sorters to join their team during a busy peak period from November up until Christmas. Site inductions and training will be provided.
These Seasonal Mail sorter roles require no previous experience, and we offer a variety of different shifts.
Shifts:
- Earlies: 06:00 to 14:00
- Lates: 14:00 to 22:00
- Nights: 22:00 to 06:00
- Weekend shifts are also be available.
Pay Rate:
- Starts and finishes between - 05:31 - 19:59: 12.54
- Starts between - 02:01 - 04:00: 13.40
- Starts between - 04:01 - 05:00: 12.99
- Starts between - 05:01 - 05:30: 12.77
- Finishes between - 20:00 - 21:39: 13.18
- Finishes between - 21:40 - 01:59: 13.90
As a Mail Sorter, you will:
- Help unload mail and packages from vans.
- Move parcels around the distribution centre.
- Sort parcels and packages.
Person specification:
- Happy to work in a very busy working environment.
- Flexibility around working hours, as shifts may change due to volumes of work.
- Physically fit, you'll be expected to stand on your feet for large periods of time.
