We are looking to recruit for an experienced Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of a varied caseload of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure including:
The role: * Preparing initial documents following internal procedures, including case set-up* Identifying and obtaining information from directors/company officers, preparing pre-appointment bribery, ethical and money laundering checklists for office holder* Effective analysis of information obtained.* Ensuring statutory compliance including reporting and advertising requirements* Working within agreed timescales/setting timescales* Managing case to maximise profitability and minimising potential write-offs* Responding to creditor queries, correspondence and telephone calls* Efficient case management to ensure case progression.* Day to day management of case, preparation of on-going case reviews for office holder's approval* Maintaining and completing case checklists* Working with minimal supervision from Directors* Paying dividends/distributions* Employees - liaising with employees, calculation and preparation of employee entitlements, agreeing claims.* Closing cases
Skills needed: * A clear understanding and expanding knowledge of all regulatory and statutory requirements as appropriate.* AAT candidates may be suitable.* Insolvency experience and working knowledge of the associated procedures, rules and regulations.* Competent at using Microsoft Office* Team worker* Strong organisational and time management skills* Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus.
