About the role:

As the Electrical Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind electrical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a key role where you will oversee everything from regulatory compliance to project management!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact with NICEIC, managing all notifications, inspections, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P)
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Conduct site surveys, advise customers on alternative energy solutions, and handle quotations and queries
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians, conducting performance evaluations
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
  • Implement quality control processes, conducting inspections and addressing non-conformities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting briefings and investigating incidents
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing reports and staying updated on industry trends
