We're on the hunt for a Administrator who can take charge of our clients procurement process, ensuring materials and supplies are sourced efficiently while keeping everything running like clockwork.
This role may be for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and love liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders using Sage
- Managing email and telephone correspondence with suppliers, clients, and the sales team
- Providing accurate delivery dates and keeping clients informed
- Typing and processing Purchase Orders
- Negotiating costs and lead times with suppliers
- Organising deliveries and furniture installations
- Coordinating the Furniture Installation teams' schedules
- Providing cost breakdowns for finance
- Managing snagging lists and ensuring faulty products are returned
- General administration duties to keep everything running smoothly
