Site Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a large new build commercial project in Cardiff.

You will be to coordinating the construction operations and oversee workers within your package of works. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the works package and for ensuring work is carried out safely in accordance with the latest drawings, specifications, and programme.

Key Details:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Managers / Supervisor card required)
• First Aid at Work

Our client is looking at paying a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance & package.
