Freelance Site Manager

 

South Wales - more specific location to be discussed.

 

Start date 6th January for 3 months and possibly longer.

 

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work for our client, a busy retrofit and maintenance social housing contractor, through Build Recruitment on a temp contract. 

 

Site Manager Day to Day:

  • Day to day management of social housing planned maintenance 
  • Oversee the installation of Energy Efficiency Measures
  • Leading a team of trades completing works
  • Checking and signing off works
  • Good sound building knowledge is essential

 

Site Manager Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Previous experience of domestic property maintenance and energy efficiency
  • Knowledge of PAS2035/PAS2030 process and requirements
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
  • Experience of people management
  • General building knowledge essential
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have full UK Driving License
