We are seeking a Site Manager for an 8-week project in Cardiff with a leading main contractor.
The project involves upgrading a PAVA system and will require experience in fit-out/refurb in a live environment.
Candidates must have a Black CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification, along with competent IT skills for reporting and paperwork.
The role includes managing up to 3 sub-contractors and may involve some night shifts.
The salary for this position is competitive, and there is a possibility of follow-on projects for successful candidates with relevant experience.

Site Manager - Cardiff

We have a new requirement for a Site Manager for an 8 week project in Cardiff.

The role is with a leading main contractor and is an upgradeof a PAVA system (Public Address/Voice Alarm). There will be up to 3 sub-contractors on site and the work is in theday but there may be a few night shifts. Fit Out/Refurbexperience in a live environment is essential.

Black CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid are a must.

You will be the sole manager on the project and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the job, all the reporting and paperwork so you must have competent IT skills.

There is a good possibility of follow on projects.
