THE COMPANY
We are supporting a renowned insurer on a mid-level Digital Analytics hire. Within this role you will utilise your expertise with AA or GA4 to optimise the customer journey and drive improvements.
THE ROLE
The successful Digital Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Deliver insights into customer behaviours, focusing on drop-off rates, engagement, and journey optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing Technology, Optimisation, and Marketing teams to present findings and drive improvements
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to gather and analyse data
- Support tagging processes using Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for journey enhancement and operational efficiencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
- Understanding of digital insights and customer journey analysis
