We are seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance our digital presence, drive engagement, and generate leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day of the role:

Digital Advertising & Analytics

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to maximise ROI.
  • Enhance website visibility through effective SEO strategies and metadata optimisation.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse website and campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and creative elements.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Maintain a content calendar that reflects brand goals and industry trends.
  • Produce high-quality videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other CRM tools.
  • Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics across social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Skilled in using graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiar with WordPress, Storyblok, or other CMS platforms.
  • Experienced in email marketing tools and strategies, including Mailchimp and CRM automation.

Core Skills:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong passion for digital media and marketing with a desire to advance in the field.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
