Day-to-day of the role:
Digital Advertising & Analytics
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to maximise ROI.
- Enhance website visibility through effective SEO strategies and metadata optimisation.
- Utilise Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse website and campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and creative elements.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar that reflects brand goals and industry trends.
- Produce high-quality videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other CRM tools.
- Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics across social media, website, and email marketing.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.
Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and social media marketing.
- Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Skilled in using graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Familiar with WordPress, Storyblok, or other CMS platforms.
- Experienced in email marketing tools and strategies, including Mailchimp and CRM automation.
Core Skills:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong passion for digital media and marketing with a desire to advance in the field.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
