The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programmes, catering to engineering professionals both locally and globally. No two days are the same, and our candidates are a delight to work with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients via telephone and email to book technical training courses.
• Provide support to trainers and examiners with documentation and general administrative tasks.
• Handle quotes, certificates, and invoices as part of a multi-disciplined administration team.
• Undertake training to understand client needs and the requirements of NDT.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong communication skills, particularly on the telephone and via email.
• Proficiency with MS software and databases.
• Willingness to learn the requirements of NDT and work with international clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Close attention to detail.
• Ability to integrate and operate as part of a team.
