They are growing exponentially and through this growth are looking to add a Lead Project Engineer to their Systems Delivery team.In this role you will be responsible for line managing Project Engineers and supporting, executing, managing, and coordinating a wide range of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid working role with two to three days a week required on site.The ideal candidate will be a Project Engineer that has experience managing a small team of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer with a background in Civils, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and leadership experience to join a company that looks after its staff, rewards them well, and will allow you to progress your career.The Role: *Management of a small team of Project Engineers*Support and oversea the end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects*Lead, ensure seamless integration and provide technical guidance across civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering domains and project designs*Hybrid working, 2 to 3 days per week in the officeThe Person:*Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred*Experience in a project engineering leadership role*Experience with Civil, Mechanical, and electrical systems design, integration, commissioning, and validation*Proven record of successfully delivering multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget*Familiarity with MS Project, CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RF Testing beneficial
