Specializing in designing and specifying mechanical and electrical services across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, government, and healthcare.With a strong emphasis on sustainable, low-carbon solutions, working on high-profile projects throughout the UK in collaboration with leading architects, designers, and contractors.The  reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation makes us a great place to develop your career.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer with a minimum of three years of UK building services design experience. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge mechanical building services solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop mechanical building services designs that meet current legislation and engineering standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist with design drawings, calculations, schematics, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with BIM coordinators, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality management policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical consultants and suppliers.
What We’re Looking ForQualifications & Experience
  • Degree in engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proven track record in building services design engineering within a design office and construction environment.
  • Working towards or holding a Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) accredited qualification such as BEng (Hons) or BSc.
  • Experience in modification and production of mechanical documentation.

  • Proficient in engineering design software, particularly Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
