Retail Manager
Salary: £35,000 (inc. car allowance)
Location: Cardiff (with regular travel across the South West)

Are you an experienced Retail Manager looking for your next opportunity? We're searching for a passionate, results-driven leader to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving success across multiple locations.

This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring exceptional service and operational standards across the region.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire teams across the region to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Implement strategies to maximise sales, drive profitability, and enhance overall performance.
Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in line with brand expectations.
Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders and regional leaders to align with wider business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, delivering a safe and productive environment for teams and customers.
Travel across the region to provide hands-on support and guidance, with occasional overnight stays required.

A proven track record in retail management, ideally with multi-site experience.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.
The flexibility to travel regularly across the region.
A full, clean driving licence.
