An exciting permanent opportunity to join a leading company based on the outskirts of Cardiff close to Tongwynlais area. If you are organised, customer-focused individual this role could be perfect for you, you will be delivering an exceptional service and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is a 8.30am - 5pm position on site based Monday to Friday offering 5 weeks holidays which increases with length of service, Onsite Parking and Private Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt feedback within agreed timescales.
Coordinate with external contractors and subcontractors.
Efficiently manage and resolve defects and complaints.
Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional customer service standards.


Key Duties:

Log and respond to all correspondence received by the Customer Service department via phone, letter, and email.
Handle incoming calls to the Customer Service department promptly and professionally.
Manage the Customer Service telephone system, including updating recorded messages.
Set up new files/records in the CRM database.
Record all reported defects in the CRM database and continuously update records and files, including registering new completions and scanning documents.
Manage claims, arranging for necessary work and handling all related paperwork.
Conduct courtesy calls prior to customer satisfaction surveys at 7 days, 6 weeks, and 8 months after completion.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify improvement areas and ensure a customer-friendly approach.
