Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to dive into meaningful project work while taking on a true generalist HR position. Key Responsibilities:As an HR Business Partner, you’ll support the Senior Leadership Team, providing advice on HR best practices. You will also:
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Oversee employee relations including performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
  • Drive equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives
  • Lead on succession and workforce planning
  • Take ownership of training and development
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Oversee the monthly payroll
  • Be a key player in moving the people strategy forward
