- Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing public skate sessions, private lessons, and crash courses.
- Handling sales for events with opportunities to assist with group bookings and lesson administration.
- Signing in and out contractors for venue services.
- Managing inquiries, bookings, and the ticketing system.
- Managing queues during busy event nights.
- Ensuring every visitor has a great experience at the venue.
- Weekdays: 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Weekends: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM OR 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekend shifts finish no later than 6:00 PM.
