With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to effective governance, our client is undergoing exciting reforms under the new Head of HR and Governance. They need a top-notch professional to support their Board with high-quality administrative functions.Role Overview:As the Board Administrator, you will be a vital part of our client's administrative team. This role requires a proactive, experienced individual who can handle key responsibilities with minimal supervision and ensure smooth operations for the Board.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely minutes for Board meetings.
  • Coordinate and book catering for meetings and organise coffee service without needing prompting.
  • Manage meeting schedules and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive administrative systems and records.
  • Provide excellent support for Board members, addressing their administrative needs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Board Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
Salary:
  • £14,136.60 - £16,200 per annum (based on 21 hours per week)
  • For exceptional candidates, the salary can be adjusted up to £27,000 per annum (full-time equivalent).
