- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely minutes for Board meetings.
- Coordinate and book catering for meetings and organise coffee service without needing prompting.
- Manage meeting schedules and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive administrative systems and records.
- Provide excellent support for Board members, addressing their administrative needs effectively.
- Proven experience as a Board Administrator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
- £14,136.60 - £16,200 per annum (based on 21 hours per week)
- For exceptional candidates, the salary can be adjusted up to £27,000 per annum (full-time equivalent).
