Are you an experienced Accounts and Office Manager looking for a varied and rewarding role? We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to take charge of financial administration, office management, and facilities coordination in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on multitasking, and has a strong background in finance and office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:

?? Bank Reconciliation - Perform daily reconciliations across multiple accounts.?? Purchase Ledger Management - Process invoices, manage expenses, reconcile supplier accounts, and handle payment runs.?? Sales Ledger Management - Issue monthly invoices (approx. 80), oversee rent collections, and apply surcharges when needed.?? Petty Cash & VAT Reporting - Maintain petty cash records and prepare VAT reports.?? Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, reconcile ledgers, and support budget preparation.

Office & Facilities Management:

�? Office Administration - Ensure the smooth running of the office, managing supplies, equipment, and office procedures.?? Facilities Coordination - Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers to manage building maintenance, repairs, and compliance.?? Supplier & Vendor Management - Oversee contracts for office supplies, IT services, and utilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.?? Health & Safety Compliance - Monitor workplace safety, maintain risk assessments, and ensure adherence to H&S regulations.?? HR Support - Assist with onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes.

What We're Looking For:

?? Proven experience in finance administration and office management.?? Strong knowledge of financial procedures, regulations, and reporting.?? AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification (preferred but not essential).?? Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).?? Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.?? Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
