Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Office Coordinator for a company in North Cardiff who provide Project Management services to public and private sector clients. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills, who has experience with coordinating internal and external events, training sessions and is confident to manage the day to day of internal stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in a small company and looking for progression either into an Office Management role or a Project Management role.   Responsibilities & day to day duties As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Oversee the general operation of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate and manage internal office meetings, managing follow ups
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and staff as needed (e.g., scheduling, meeting preparation, travel arrangements).
  • Help to maintain a positive office culture, providing support and resources to staff to maintain morale and productivity.
  • Manage internal and external team training sessions, coordinate with external providers and arrange with the team
  • Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations (e.g., holiday parties, birthdays, etc.).
Skills & experience required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office coordination or administration, with experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
  • Educated to degree level
  • Confidence to manage diaries for Senior Leadership team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
