- Oversee the general operation of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate and manage internal office meetings, managing follow ups
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and staff as needed (e.g., scheduling, meeting preparation, travel arrangements).
- Help to maintain a positive office culture, providing support and resources to staff to maintain morale and productivity.
- Manage internal and external team training sessions, coordinate with external providers and arrange with the team
- Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations (e.g., holiday parties, birthdays, etc.).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office coordination or administration, with experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
- Educated to degree level
- Confidence to manage diaries for Senior Leadership team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Salary of up to £30,000
- 20 days + BH + Christmas shutdown (Increases with service)
