Sales Office Administrator- Mon-Fri- 5 days onsite- Cardiff

Saint-Gobain Glassolutions are looking for an Office Administration Coordinator to join their team in Cardiff.

Glassolutions offer a single point of contact for all your high-performance glazing requirements, ensuring you have access to the glass you need precisely when you need it.

The purpose of this role is to maintain administrative systems and contribute to high levels of customer service to achieve overall office objectives whilst working in a team.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for processing customer orders that come through on email and phone.
  • Ensuring the order is processed on the system paying great attention to detail.
  • Print off all delivery notes and work orders.
  • Ensuring that all labels are printed and ready for dispatch.
  • Working on the trade counter, providing quotes, and signing paperwork, dealing with customers and orders.
  • Maintain purchase order records - ordering, booking in goods, dealing with suppliers.
  • Support the smooth running of the office.
  • Invoicing
  • Banking

What do you need to be considered:

  • Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures, accurate data input, efficient filing systems etc.
  • Math's & English at GCSE level
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment.
  • Good computer keyboard skills and proficient in all Ms Office application i.e., Word, Excel etc
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, be self-motivating and able to work as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
