Moxie People is supporting a well-known third sector organisation in hiring a Digital Change Manager for a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading a digital transformation programme across four key systems, including iTrent.

Role: Digital Change Manager

Salary: 45,000 per annum

Location: Cardiff / Hybrid

Duration: 12-18 months FTC (initially)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of digital change initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align system functionality with strategic goals and business process automation.
  • Process Optimisation: Redesign processes to enhance user experience and identify system improvement opportunities.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop governance frameworks, manage reporting programmes, and track project progress.
  • Tender Management: Handle vendor evaluation and selection processes.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project management and digital transformation.
  • Successful track record of systems implementation/integration (iTrent experience is a plus).
  • Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with Directors, users, and technical teams.
  • CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience (desirable)
