Job Description:
- Completing change of tenancies for commercial properties.
- Managing workflow to complete work items in line with age profile
- Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts
- Sending information requests to customers and managing responses
- Complex process but full training given
Looking for people who have:
- Excellent IT Skills (Using our internal billing systems in addition to standard email, word, excel)
- Manage own workload, work well on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
- Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
There is a structured training plan that candidate will follow, and full support given remotely by manager and the establish and successful "buddy" system
