HR Administrator Our valued client based in Cardiff, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Administrator to support their team for the next 8 weeks. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is looking for a role that will allow them to develop their career in HR further.This role is a full time, temporary position. Due to the nature of the organisation, this will be a site-based role from Monday to Friday. In return, you will be joining an extremely experienced team, gaining hands on and invaluable experience, along with a salary of £25,000.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting administrative task to audit personnel files.
  • Checking files for Right to Work checks, References, DBS, and H&S
  • Working closely with senior members of the team,
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date files.
  • Action any files not on system.
  • Accurate, driven, and detail-oriented to ensure all needs are met.
  • General Administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Current DBS
  • Experience supporting audits
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Hands on approach, with strong drive and initiative.
