Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher looking for a new challenge in Cardiff? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a well-established school on a long-term basis, starting after the Easter holidays. This role will be offered through supply with the possibility of extension, depending on the school's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for KS2 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and academic growth of all pupils.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
  • Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience teaching in KS2 (Key Stage 2) with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • A passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • EWC (Education Workforce Council) Registration and an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
