What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within an acute hospital setting. In this role, you will:

? Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews? Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy support for surgical & medical wards? Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care? Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid GPhC registration? Prior hospital ward experience and confidence in ward-based working? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
