Location:Lovely Private Hospital, Cardiff, Wales
Position:Clinical Pharmacist (Long-Term Locum Contract)
Contract Duration:Minimum 6 months
Working Hours:Part-time, consectutive 3 days a week within Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:42.00 per hour (995 per week / 3,780 per month before deductions)
Trident Healtchareare seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our private clients team at a lovely private hospital in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term locum contract, offering a supportive and friendly working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting ward rounds and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications.
- Reviewing and managing patient medication plans.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Educating patients and healthcare staff on medication-related issues.
Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
