We are currently partnering with a reputable South Wales based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £17 per hour on an Umbrella basis/ £14 per hour on a PAYE basis inclusive of holiday pay and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating programmes for Electrical testing, Asbestos checks and fire safety checks
  • Liaising with contractors over the phone and confirming works have been completed in line with pre-agreed schedules
  • Updating information on in house systems including MS Excel and One Serve
  • Raising invoices
  • Occasionally liaising with tenants and contractors over the phone

Requirements:

  • Experience using IT systems such as MS Office packages
  • Good phone manner and experience liaising with tenants/contractors

  • Monday - Friday: flexible start/finish times
