This role is best suited for those who have worked in an onboarding role, a KYC/AML role, preferably within a regulated industry, or a role within financial services in the past. You will be joining the growing, supportive compliance team, focusing on the onboarding process for member firms. Salary up to £35k.

The business are an FCA-regulated, growing IFA Network. They are a robust, institutionally backed, mission driven group, with a diverse, supportive, and highly experienced team at a top 100 Financial services firm who have been operating for over 20 years.

The Role

Within the role with the onboarding team, you will be helping prospective members of the network with company systems and information exchange, gathering due diligence information for these members including KYC, AML, controller, shareholder, companies house and other information available. Within the role you’ll also be involved in coordinating and attending compliance meetings, producing supporting material where required. While supporting these firms, you will constantly be tracking missing information and following up with relevant parties, liaising with network operations as well as supporting members through the onboarding process.
