My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join their Team of Engineers and Consultants based in Cardiff.

Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing or co-coordinating ES Statements and/or Environmental Impact Assessments.

Candidates are required to have a keen interest in Environmental Impact Assessments and coordinating projects and reports.

As a Senior Environmental Consultant you will have the opportunity to work on Hydrological, River, Coastal, Hydrogeological, Energy, Windfarms, Infrastructure, Housing, Retail and Electrical Schemes for Local Authorities, Water Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.

Candidates will be required to complete;

-Co-ordinate Environmental Impact Assessments and complete Environmental Statements.

-EIA project management including managing and tracking project development with assistance from Senior team members.

-Client meetings to discuss the development of the project.

-Frequent meetings with Clients to discuss project development.
