- Being willing to commit to full time work Monday to Friday from 8.30-15.30 to ensure continuity and stability for all students.
- Completed a PGCE or the final year of Primary Education.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.Â
