BMS Project Manager (Data Centre Project)
As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of Building Management System projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of BMS solutions within the new Data Centre, managing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of BMS projects, from design and installation to commissioning and handover.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements and resolve challenges.
- Overseeing system integration, commissioning, and performance testing to meet project specifications.
- Managing project risks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in managing BMS/BEMS projects, ideally on large-scale data centre builds.
- Strong technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider, or similar BMS platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
