  • Pay: 14.27 per Hour.



I am seeking a dedicated and hardworking administrator on behalf of one of my clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a small team of nine, working on a large-scale and ever-growing project. The project focuses on mental health data and its expansion across universities and health boards throughout South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and manage correspondence.
  • Collect and organise data from educational institutions, using Excel to compile information.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data for statistical and planning purposes.
  • Manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.


Essential Skills:

  • Experience of administering projects and programmes.
  • Minute taking and report drafting skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and equally effective as part of a team.
  • Driven and enthusiastic to achieve goals and see things through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
