Project Administrator
Details:
- Duration: 4-month fixed-term contract
- Working Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days per week initially)
- Location: Mostly remote, South Wales-based (with some Cardiff office days required)
- Start Date: 1st April 2025
- Pay: 14.27 per Hour.
I am seeking a dedicated and hardworking administrator on behalf of one of my clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a small team of nine, working on a large-scale and ever-growing project. The project focuses on mental health data and its expansion across universities and health boards throughout South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and manage correspondence.
- Collect and organise data from educational institutions, using Excel to compile information.
- Ensure the accuracy of data for statistical and planning purposes.
- Manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of administering projects and programmes.
- Minute taking and report drafting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and equally effective as part of a team.
- Driven and enthusiastic to achieve goals and see things through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
