-Delivery of works on site from inception through to completion.
-Tendering of new works.
-Performance monitoring of contractors to ensure works are completed to desired quality standards.
-Management of programme to ensure project runs to agreed parameters.
-Effective cost management to ensure that works are delivered to agreed budgets.

Candidates should have experience of project management, experience delivering construction-related works, experience of tendering for new works.
