We are looking for a Project Support Manager to manage key elements of projects, ensuring effective delivery through standard project management methodologies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and monitor project progress.
  • Communicate complex information and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Track performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Plan and deliver project elements in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement relevant policies.


Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Experience in project administration and team collaboration.

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualification
  • Experience within the NHS or public sector.


Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced IT skills are a plus.
  • Welsh Speaker (Level 1) or willingness to learn desirable but not essential.
