Quest Search & Selection are working with a well-established multi-site commercial property business who are seeking an Commercial Property Acquisition Executive to join their team.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Property team by assisting in lease negotiations with landlords and managing rent reviews. As a Commercial Property Acquisition Executive you will be immersed in a fast-paced Property team that balances hands-on responsibilities with strategic decision-making.

Additionally, support for obtaining an RICS qualification will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities of this Commercial Property Acquisition Executive:

  • Track key lease dates and manage rent reviews and lease renewals promptly.
  • Engage directly with landlords or their representatives, using market data to negotiate optimal lease terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining organised property records, including databases, spreadsheets, and property software, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications Required of this Commercial Property Acquisition Executive:

  • A degree in Real Estate or an RICS-approved equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in property or estate management.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn, proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
