Location: Cardiff (Office-Based)Salary:
- Initial Basic Salary: £24,000
- Rising to £27,000 upon completion of CeMAP qualification
- Further increasing to £28,500 once CeRER qualification is obtained

No direct experience is necessary, but previous customer service experience with excellent references is required, along with a proven record of long-term commitment to previous employers.
