This role will work closely with the Managing Director, who has a clear vision to expand and develop the business significantly over the next few years. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning team and ensuring that the administrative function runs smoothly. Your work will have a direct influence on the advice given to clients, meaning your contribution will be vital to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the financial planning team and Managing Director
- Assisting with client communications and maintaining client records
- Preparing financial reports, documentation, and presentations
- Supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Contributing to the growth and development of the administration function within the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Financial Services, ideally within a financial planning environment (but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and motivated approach to your work
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a growing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
