Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase construction materials and equipment.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and quality.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet material needs.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction procurement or a similar field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of materials and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
