Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project QS in Cardiff.

Our client is a main contractor that specialises in commercial refurbishments and fit outs.   

The successful candidate will be supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the project team to place subcontract orders
• Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
• Ensure all contractual agreements are in place and produced to appropriate contractors.
• Prepare cost value and cost forecasts reports for month review
• Ensure all final accounts are submitted on time.

Skills:

• BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying, or in progress.
• IT Literate
• Commercial Driven
• Full clean driving licence.
