One of the UK's leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Associate Director to be based from Cardiff.

THE COMPANY 

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some the regions highest profile developments. Projects can range from Public to Private sector with individual projects including Residential developments, Commercial, Education and Healthcare for blue chip clients. Values can range from small projects to large developments. 

THE POSITION 

They are actively looking to recruit an Associate Director to join their Cardiff office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership on projects, assistant with P&L and financial management for the office, be a pivotal part of the business development team and report directly into the Regional Director for the region. 

THE CANDIDATE 

The successful candidate must: 

  • Be a full member of the RICS 

  • Have experience working at a minimum of Associate level within a Consultancy environment 

  • Have experience working on projects within Property / Building 

  • Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £20 million 

  • Have good communication and client facing skills
