Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Implement cost control measures and provide strategic financial advice.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage financial risks proactively.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support procurement processes and lead commercial contract negotiations.
- Deliver clear, detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with NEC Option A and C contracts (highly desirable).
- Strong skills in cost planning, budget control, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as RICS or equivalent (preferred).
