Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors within the externals/facades space.
Our client, a 50m turnover principal contractor who specialise in facades are a growing, forward thinking business who have just been awarded over 20m worth of contracts in Wales. They treat all staff with the same level of respect and operate a modern way of construction. Typical projects range from 1m to 20m and are typically within the residential sector (RC Frame). Their main clients are leading residential developers.
They are offering (depending on experience) up to 400 per day plus 12 months work.
They seek an experienced leader, from a qualified commercial management background to step in and oversee both projects in Cardiff. They must have a proven track record of delivering external cladding works for big contractors and have strong organisational skills, as they will be responsible for leading a small quantity surveying team in the region.
They are looking for someone to start on the first week of January 2025 so have opened the interview process as of today.
The ideal candidate will have strong contractual knowledge, outstanding residential experience and come from a degree qualified background in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
